Therapeutic Counsellor in East Lancashire

Located in Baxenden, near Accrington, at Red Rose Counselling I provide a friendly and understanding environment for individuals and couples.

I want to ensure, at all times, that clients feel safe in order to truly focus on what their emotional and psychological needs are.

It's difficult to explain how talking helps but I have seen it happen many times over. The power of having someone really listen to you and try to understand you with out judgement or agenda is immense. Clients have said I have helped them process and deal with things they previously thought of as impossible.  Clients are supported to open up and work through many issues that may be facing them.

I offer an understanding, non-judgemental approach but will also be sensitively challenging to help clients move forwards. I tailor my appraoch to the needs of each individual or couple, based on many years experience. I can provide telephone counselling as well as face to face as needed.

I also offer supervision to counsellors and other helping professions.
